HOW TO ORDER


PHILIPPINES AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

HERE’S HOW TO ORDER:
  1. Read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  2. Fill up our ORDER FORM and check the Shipping Rates of your desire courier. Kindly double check your information and other details before you send it to us.
  3. Once we receive your orders, we will send your ORDER NUMBER and Invoice of the items that you ordered, including the price and shipping rates.
  4. We will send your invoice via email and you may now pay for your ordered items within 3 working days.
  5. We will inform you once the payment is confirmed in our account and we are now preparing for you ordered items. We will process your orders for 3 working days then we will send you via email or sms your tracking number so you can track your item directly.
  6. Kindly inform us once you have received your parcel.

Terms & Conditions

All orders and purchases made through this websites are subject to FMVSweetbutterflySHOP© Terms and Conditions as stated below. 


FMVSweetbutterflySHOP© reserves the right to a NO RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY unless a wrong item or product has been delivered. We do make mistake on shipping items, when this happens, please let us know immediately so we can correct and send you the right item.

PRE-ORDER
All items are Pre-order unless otherwise stated. 
7 working days to process your orders once you received our confirmations via sms or mail 

Local Pre-Order: 1week 
International Pre-Order: 2-3 weeks
Made to Order: 2-3 weeks working days plus 10-15 working days shipping time

MTO: Kindly provide us your correct details, since this will be forwarded to our suppliers. Don't rush us since this is "MTO" section. If you want your dress to be done before your scheduled occasions, then you have to place an order "Early". If you received your order and it doesn't fits you, we will not accept returns since we only base the details that our clients provide us, unless they had shipped a wrong item.
 
SCHEDULES OF CUT-OFFS FOR ACCESSORIES & BELTS
Every 8th, 18th and 28th of the month
ETA: CUT-OFF date + 10 working days + EMS Delivery Time (10-12 working days for Philippines only)

ORDERING
Upon filling up and submitting the forms or using our shopping cart means that you are ready to commit in setting your purchases. 

If you will use the Order Form, fill out with correct and complete details. 

We will advise you if your order is readily available or all set for shipment.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WAIT AND SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNT ON TIME. 


STOCK STATUS
Local: We don't know if your order is available until it is delivered to us by our suppliers. We will notify you regarding your order status once your order arrives. 

International: We can check the availability of the item from our suppliers abroad, however, stocks change daily and availability of the item were only notified once we have placed our orders, that's why we require alternative order.


PRODUCTS
Items are 100% brand new and in good condition unless stated "Used or  Pre-owned". 

Due to limitations in photography and inevitable differences in monitor settings, the color shown in the photograph may not correspond to those items themselves. Around 70% of the items are same with the photos while 30% are imitated from fashion magazines.

Dimensions are proved by our suppliers locally and internationally, so we are not liable for any inconsistencies.

PAYMENT

We accept payments thru:

Please be responsible to pay on time. We require fullpayment before we process your order. After receiving our confirmation or invoice via email or sms, kindly settle your account within 3 working days. Failure to pay within the given date, we will automatically cancel your order. We will update you regarding your order status and we will only refund your money if your order is still out of stock. [Local Pre-orders only] 
International or MTO, payments are non-refundable.  

SHIPPING
We only ship fully paid items. All shipping expenses will be shouldered by the shopper unless otherwise specified. Our couriers are JRS, AIR21, LBC, FEDEX, PHILPOST, UPS, DPEX

We will inform you if your item is ready to be ship. You will receive your package within 1-3 working days from the date of ship out [local], for international, it depends on what courier you prefer. 

For International, your package will be ship directly from our suppliers. No cut-offs. Taxes are not included in the price. Taxes will be shouldered by the buyer.  

Please take note that we have no control of the package if it is already forwarded to the courier. We shall not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery of shipment due to acts of God, natural calamity or what so ever reason it maybe. Please note that bad weather or other disasters can be stumbling blocks for even the largest shipping companies. We will not refund partial or whole amount of the package and shipping fees if your package arrives late due to delays on the part of the shipping courier or even buyer's wrong information. Rest assured that we will help you in getting hold of the courier and have them make necessary arrangements with you. So please, if you will use the Order Forms, kindly complete and double checked your information before you send it to us.

In addition, you agree that in the absent of the consignee (you), at the given shipping address, package/s maybe given to any person of legal age, who is willing to accept the package on your behalf. Take note that this is a courier's condition unless you give specific instructions to us, so that we can inform our courier regarding those matters. Shipping fee of return package will be shouldered by the buyer since we only base it to the details that you had provided us. Also by submitting to this form, you agree that the buyer is responsible for tracking the package or following up with the courier. We will send the tracking number once your order is ship.
