INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. Email confirmation are sent manually so we can verify the order first. Don't panic. Clients should understand that we have time difference and we are receiving different orders (local and international).
2. Kindly check your Mail or SPAM FOLDER for our ORDER CONFIRMATION. TRACKING NUMBER will be sent if all payments are settled.
3. Please also take note that ITEMS/PRODUCTS stocks moves daily. We will update you regarding to your order status. There are instances that when you order the item/s is available but when we are already received and start processing your orders the item/s are already out of stock or sold out.
4. Shipping fee is NOT INCLUDED to the TOTAL AMOUNT since it varies depending on the destinations and weight of your orders. We manually compute the shipping cost according to its weight and destination.
5. ETA: 7-15 working days excluded holidays. We update our clients once the items are already shipped. You can check our BADGE to verify the shipments that we have processed (past transaction since 2010 - Aug, 17, 2011) are not included since we change our courier) and you can also track your package.
